Warm Tips:
1. Please have to use the original car charger in the package, other car charger may affect the sensitivity of the touch screen.
2. The built-in battery capacity of the dash cam is small, it’s impossible to supply 2.5A of current independently. In order to make the driving recorder work stably, car charger is required to supply power.
3. Please turn down or turn off the music audio before speak the command, in case that the dash cam could not recognize the correct command.
4. 32G SD card is included. We recommend using brand Class 10, 16GB-32GB micro SD card. If you want to use 64GB or 128G micro SD card, please format Micro SD card to FAT32 on PC, then format it again on dash cam.
5. Please message our support team if there is any question, who will work on fixing any issue within 24 hours.

Question: The cable of rear camera is too short to my car, how can I get a longer cable?
Answer: Please message us to get 23 feet cable which can replace the original 20 feet cable.
Question: Which kind of hardwire kit will suitable for this dash cam?
Answer: Please message SPADE support team to get customized hardwire kit. Our hardwire kit with protection feature of the vehicle battery from discharging when using parking monitor.
Question: I have adjusted it to the correct angle, but the backup camera with parking guide lines points UP next time I put car in reverse.
Answer: Please swipe screen down on reversing mode, it is important to adjust it when you put car in reverse.
Question: The minimum time of screen saver is too long for me, is there any solution for this problem?
